The centerpiece of this evening involves learning to create pasta from scratch, by hand, in flour + water’s private event space, The Upstairs. The lesson will be led by flour + water CEO and Culinary Director, Thomas McNaughton himself. During the pasta-making lesson, guests will be treated to sparkling wine and snacks! The night culminates in a four-course dinner (that you’ve prepared) with wines by Scribe paired with each course.
