“Help is on the Way XXV: Celebrating Broadway” is a production of the Richmond/Ermet Aid Foundation and will feature Tony Award winning singers, songs and casts including the touring cast of HAMILTON. Full cast details and other information is available at www.reaf.org. Proceeds from this event will benefit Meals on Wheels San Francisco and Raphael House. An extensive silent auction will also take place in the theater lobby before the show starting at 5:00 PM and closing at the end of intermission.

Breakdown/Setup: Pre party breakdown, VIP party set up and other tasks as needed. Must be comfortable lifting 35lbs and being on your feet for most of the day. Food and drink available throughout the day and if tickets are still available, you may be able to attend the performance free after your volunteer shift. Signup for shift here.

Silent Auction Monitoring & Party Setup/Breakdown: Assist with monitoring auction items, helping to arrange and ticket items as they sell, then assist with post performance party set up and stay to assist with breakdown.
