Chef Silverton will prepare the perfect pie right in front of your eyes, cooking in a custom outdoor wood-fired pizza oven. Chef Oakes will prepare an heirloom roast pig. Special wines will be poured by Quince sommelier, wine educator and award-winning author, David Lynch.

Joining you for dinner will be some of Napa Valley's favorite vintners/winemakers: Stacey & Bob Bressler of Bressler Vineyards and Pam Starr of Crocker & Starr Wines.
