Chef Nancy Silverton, award-winning chef and owner of Mozza in Los Angeles and co-founder of La Brea Bakery, teams up with Gala Chef Chairwoman and Michelin Star Chef, Nancy Oakes to create the ultimate pizza and pig roast at Nancy Oakes and Bruce Aidells' hilltop Healdsburg home. Chef Silverton will prepare the perfect pie right in front of your eyes, cooking in a custom outdoor wood-fired pizza oven. Chef Oakes will prepare an heirloom roast pig. Special wines will be poured by Quince sommelier, wine educator and award-winning author, David Lynch.

Chef Perello will bring her talents to your home with a personalized menu for six. Dinner to be paired with Kistler Chardonnay and Ridge Vineyards wines.

Your weekend will begin on Friday evening with dinner at celebrity chef Michael Chiarello's Bottega. On Saturday night, you will enjoy a cooking class with Malcolm Jessop of Tante Marie's cooking school, culminating into dinner for six. Joining you for dinner will be some of Napa Valley's favorite vintners/winemakers: Stacey & Bob Bressler of Bressler Vineyards and Pam Starr of Crocker & Starr Wines. The Bresslers will be sharing their flagship Cabernet Sauvignon, and their Burgundianstyle Pinot Noir. For dinner, Pam will feature her signature Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc.
