Taste of the Gala at The Millenium

On April 3, 2014, MOWSF collaborated with The Millennium Tower to host “A Neighborhood Taste of the Star Chefs & Vintners Gala.”

The event featured several long-time participants in MOWSF’s annual Gala, including Kory Stewart of Americano Restaurant, Parke Ulrich of EPIC Roasthouse and Waterbar, Adam Sobel of RN74, and Max Hosey of Town Hall. In addition, guests were treated to an oyster bar from the Oyster Girls and cupcakes from Kara’s Cupcakes.

Wine was generously provided by stellar vintners Amuse Bouche, Duckhorn Portfolio, Fantesca Estate Winery, La Sirena Winery, Saddleback Cellars, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars and TR Elliott Winery.

More than 100 Millennium Tower residents attended the event, which aimed at introducing the mission and work of MOWSF to a new audience. A Neighborhood Taste raised over $2,500 to benefit homebound seniors.
