The line-up for the annual Star Chefs & Vintners Gala is out, and we are thrilled.
This year’s 100 participating chefs include Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinksi (The Progress | State Bird Provisions), Josh Even (Tosca Café), Thomas McNaughton (flour + water), Adam Sobel (RN74), Staffan Terje and Laura Cronin (Perbacco Restorante + Bar | barbacco), and Evan and Sarah Rich (Rich Table)
More than 80 of California’s premier vintners will also participate in the Gala, including BOND, Chateau Montelena Winery, Duckhorn Portfolio, Herb Lamb Vineyards, Levy McClellan, Melka Wines, Peay Vineyards, Realm Cellars, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, Vineyard 29, and Williams Selyem Winery.
Steven Liles of Smuggler’s Cove, Greg Lindgren of Rye, and Andrew Meltzer of 15 Romolo will be mixing specialty cocktails.
And the evening culminates with a lavish dessert reception featuring decadent sweets from Mourad Lahlou (Mourad), Jake Godby (Humphry Slocombe), Kara Haspel Lind (Kara’s Cupcakes), Yigit Pura (Tout Sweet Pâtisserie), and William Werner (Craftsman and Wolves), to name a few.
